Pattern Shop
Our in-house Pattern Shop covers the full range of pattern making required by the Engineering Industry: Production patterns, Floor moulding patterns and pattern repairs. Foundry Zone has invested in a Pattern Miller capable of milling 3 metres diameter.

Machine Shop
Foundry Zone has machining facilities which include CNC and Milling, Centre Lathes, Multi Spindle Drills and Vertical Boring Machines. These facilities enable full quality control of castings from pattern to finished product.

Metallurgical Inspection
Quality Control
The Foundry is served by a team of metallurgical and inspection personnel who work in close cooperation with the foundry production personnel, giving the final stamp on all products leaving the facility.
